Default Silverado SS guy needing some help

I know I'm in the wrong place for truck stuff but I still have an LS based engine so I thought maybe you guys could help. After all we're on the same side...

Anyway my question is what is the cheapest way to get to my goal. Right now my truck is pulling 14.60 NA almost 100% stock. The only mods I know of for sure are a direct replacement dual in dual out muffler and a drop in K&N. I'm almost certain it has a light stall probably out of a TBSS because on a cold run I can pull 26-2800 on the launch but once it's warmed up it will do 24-2500 all day long. My truck is an '05 AWD so it has e-fans stock.

What I want out of this truck is a mid 13 second reliable NA truck that I can hit with a 100 or 150 shot on occasion for some 12s. It isn't a daily driver but I will cruise up town with it on occasion and tow my boat (under 4k lbs) to the lake a few times a year. I live on a lake so I fish there 99% of the time and only haul it a few times a year. I have a few mods in mind and I'd like to see if I'm on the right track.

I have HP Tuners but I haven't done any tuning yet. I also have a vette servo on the way for my 4l65. I'm thinking of pulling my heads off and porting them myself then putting them back together with beehive springs and aluminum roller rockers. Next I'll probably install a TBSS intake and a TSP Torquer v.2 cam. Then a set of Pacesetter headers and a custom true dual exhaust with an X pipe. Surely that would get me to my goal of a mid 13 second truck NA? Then I'm going to put together a custom N2O wet kit with a 3k rpm window switch and hit it with the spray.

Am I missing something or does something look off? Right now I'm under $2k for everything minus the N2O kit and I plan on spending around $1k on that alone but it will be my last mod.

CAI yeilds about 2hp over a drop in K&N on these trucks and that's trivial IMO. As for the headers I plan on getting a set and tuning with HP Tuners. I've been trying to find a pulley that comes with an overdrive pulley for the alt so I don't lose juice. Who makes one and where can I buy it? I'm sure I can shave .3 off my time with just a tune and probably hit high 13s with headers and exhaust. From there it's going to get a little tougher and that's why I'm asking if the Torquer v.2 cam looks good and if it's even worth the trouble to port the stock heads or should I move on to the L92 heads. The only down side to the L92 heads is I'll have to buy an L92 intake.

well one of my close friends has a Vortec Max and he runs 13.5-13.6! He has Nelson mail order tune, OBX LT's, Volant CAI and stock pipes back to a weld-in magnaflow 11" case and runs 26" slicks!!! This is a FULL WEIGHT Vortec Max

26" Slicks are helping him a lot. If I dropped to a set of 26" tall tires on some stock wheels I can gain .5 in the 1/4 now and it's been proven over and over at the Sss boards. I've got a set of wheels lined up for $100 for track days and I'll bet I can break 13's with wheels and a tune. I'm looking for 13.5s NA on the stock 20s and that's a bit harder to do.
