where can i buy .015 rocker shims that woild work on an ls1? cant seem to find them anywhere.

Do they sit on a pedestal? Any photo's?

Just looked at the photo's I could find, can you measure the OD of the pedestal where it contacts the head? I got mine for my YT's at McMaster-Carr. Mine are thicker, but take a look at these:

Part # 3088A779

Steel Shim W/O Internal Notch, .015" Thk, 11/32" ID, 13/16" OD
