Here are the stock LS2 car throttle body pin designations:
A. TAC 2
B. TAC 1
C. +5v TPS Reference
D. TP1 Signal
E. Common Ground
F. TP2 Signal

Pin position for stock LS6 DBW TB:
Actuator Control Motor Harness:
A. TAC 1 (YEL, .8)
B. TAC 2 (BRN, .8)

Throttle Position Sensor Harness:
A. 5V Reference for TP Sensor 1 (DK GRN, .35)
B. Low Reference for TP Sensor 1 (PPL, .35)
C. TP Sensor 1 Signal (DK BLU, .35)
D. 5V Reference for TP Sensor 2 (YEL/BLK, .35)
E. Low Reference for TP Sensor 2 (WHT, .35)
F. TP Sensor 2 Signal (PNK, .35)

Pin Position to convert LS6 DBW for LS2 Throttle Body:
A. TAC 2 (BRN, .8)
B. TAC 1 (YEL, .8)
C. 5V Reference for TP Sensor 1 (DK GRN, .35)
D. TP Sensor 1 Signal (DK BLU, .35)
E. Low Reference for TP Sensor 1 (PPL, .35)
F. TP Sensor 2 Signal (PNK, .35)

You will have two wires left over from the stock throttle position sensor wiring harness, wires D and E. Secure these away from each other and tuck away, they are not used.
