Default VENGEANCE PORTED FAST LSXR 102mm Intake Picks up 42RWHP/36RWTQ on Stock cube LS2

Initial results look extremely promising for the new LSXR 102mm cathedral port intake manifold!!! We finally for the opportunity to do some testing today on a heads/cam C6 we have in the shop ( Thanx Allan!!!)

NO Tuning at all.

A little about our test vehicle:

2005 C6 LS2 Corvette
Manual Transmission

Modifications:

Callaway Cold Air Induction
Ported LS2 Throttlebody
LS2 Intake Manifold
TrickFlow AS CAST Cylinder Heads
Mill to 61cc
VRX5 Camshaft
1 3/4 Longtubes- CATTED
DMH Dual Cutouts
Textralia Clutch Kit
Built/Tuned by Vengeance

2 back to back Runs with LS2 Manifold/LS2 throttlebody @ operating temp.
2 Runs with FAST LSXR 102mm Manifold/GM LS2 throttlebody @ operating temp

30 PLUS RWHP/20PLUS RWTQ GAINS WITH THE LSXR manifold!!!

The next graph represents our PORTED 102mm FAST intake still using the GM LS2 throttlebody!!! The Vengence port work shows to be worth a SOLID 8RWHP and 15 ftlbs!!!

We have had 5 of these intakes in stock for almost a month now but have been unwilling to advertise/sell them until we could show their potential. The proof is in the results above!!!

Stay tuned for more testing as time allows. We will get a stock LS1 on the dyno shortly as well as a few stroker combinations. All results will be posted!!!!

Nice! Still would love to see this manifold vs a stock LS3 manifold but these results look promising.

Thanks for all the hard work & testing... Again Nice job

We have already completed testing on an LS3 combo... Results were not nearly as impressive as the cathedral port 102mm.....

wow, nice results! What is your recommendations for some of us LS2 guys that are looking to change intake/heads? as ive been looking into L92 heads w/ ls3 FAST 102 intake. Would it be best to remain with LS6 styled heads w/ cathedral FAST 102 instead?

Ron please clarify something for my since I purchased the LSX manifold from you for my LS7 and have a Mamo ported 90 TB for it.
Is this a ported LSX manifold or a stocker that you tested?

reading is fundamental, the first graph is stock unported with the ported LS2 tb

2nd graph is ported, it gained 8hp/15tq still using the stock ported tb.

Wow, that's impressive. That just shows that the general did a very good job designing and testing the LS3 intake.

Great results guys! We're getting ready to do some engine dyno testing on a LS2 in the next couple weeks. If you guys can port one we'd like to test one on the LS2 engine dyno motor we have.
