Be up and running with a ported manifold and throttle body the same day! No more waiting 2 weeks with your vehicle down while getting your parts ported!

Peak Speed Shop has ported LS2, LS3, L76 and LS7 manifolds and throttle bodies in stock. Simply pay a refundable core charge until we receive your removed parts back.

Factory LS2 runner not ported (at top). Runner precision ported by Peak Speed Shop (above)

Plenum with Basic Porting (at top). Plenum with Radical Porting (above -- all center posts removed)

Porting prices start at just $250 for Basic Porting and only $75 more to have your Throttle Body ported at the same time!
Refundable core charges are additional if you want us to ship one to you right away out of our stock.

TO ORDER, go to http://www.peakspeedshop.com/

Listen to what these customers have to say about the quality of our porting work....

"The car picks up so much nicer now, with the top end pulling harder then ever. I always felt that I would get a instant tq rush pressing the gas, and then the power kind of fell off a little. Now I get the same tq rush, and once I hit around 4500rpm, the car just wakes up! Big difference! Thank you again Bob for such a great job! I'm glad I had my manifold ported keeping my stock look! I would do it again in a heart beat!"
Kennan - GA (LS2 Intake Manifold Radical Porting)

"Both pieces came back looking great - just as advertised. The set up runs great and I can feel a difference in throttle response. I haven't really jumped on it yet as the weather up here has been lousy and I'm still on last years gas."
Ken - WA (LS3 Intake Manifold Radical Porting & Throttle Body ported)

“Just had mine done (radical porting) and the work was very good. I've got long tubes, ported throttle body and a CAI and will be getting tuned this week. Bump for a quality service.”
Mike - MO (LS7 Intake Manifold Radically ported)

Whats the benefits of running a ports LS2 manifold vs an LS6? I read the LS6 flows better but the price for a ported LS2 is pretty good

Yes we do Basic Porting on the LS6 manifolds. However, we haven't seen much for gains by porting the LS6.

Many LS1 owners who are looking for improvement in performance, search for an LS6 intake manifold and see 5-10 rwhp gain simply by bolting it on. It's a good choice, but they are getting harder to find and prices are creeping higher.

Many say the LS2 intake manifold is a step backward from the LS1 and they are right if you consider simply the stock unported LS2 manifold. The reason for this is that the LS2 intake manifold switched to a new process that sonic welded three pieces together. The result is that where the pieces joined together they rarely butt together properly and there are ridges and bumps that disrupt airflow. However, porting the LS2 manifold smooths all of these transitions. Basic Porting of an LS2 manifold will generally get up to 5 rwhp better than the LS6. Our Radical porting of the LS2 manifold generally gains an additional 5 rwhp over the basic porting.

Another advantage to the LS2 intake manifold is that it allows you to step up to a 90mm throttle body from the LS1 78mm throttle body. The cost of the LS2 intake manifold is less than an LS6 manifold, however, that is offset by the additional cost of having to pick up the LS2 fuel rails, injectors and throttle body as well as the cost for porting. In the end, though, it is my opinion that you will have a better intake system than the LS6/78mm setup at a cost that is 50% lower than a FAST setup.

We sell the FAST 102's. For an LS1 setup with fuel rails, a ported 90mm LS2 throttle body and wiring adapter the cost is $1505.

We happen to have two radically ported LS2 intake manifold setups on hand that includes fuel rails, ported 90mm LS2 throttle body and wiring adapter. One includes injectors and the other does not. The setup with injectors (20,000 miles on them) is $1,000. Without injectors it is $900.

Bob ported, my Fast 102 about a year ago. Fantastic to deal with. He went the extra mile working with TEA to make sure the intake was port matched. Need more people like him in our hobby!

Hi -What kind of HP/TRQ increase can I expect porting my LS3 Manifold? I have a New LS3 418 CI Stroker, Forged Internals, Kooks Long Tubes VS, Just buying a FAST Manifold? Will I gain any low end torque?

Thanks

We also sell ported FAST manifolds. Our radically ported LS3 manifold generally gets around 14rwhp gain over stock which is about the same as the unported FAST. The ported FAST for the LS3 gets around a 22rwhp gain over stock. In both cases, the torque and rwhp gains are in the 3500 to 6000 rpm range.

Yes. Go to our website at http://www.peakspeedshop.com/. You will see we have a page of Dyno results and LS3 is included. Also, you can look at the Customer Feedback on our site to see what other LS3 owners have said about the porting results.
