It is very possible you don't have enough fuel in the tune. 107 ICL with a 111 LSA runs fuel out the exhaust during overlap. (why do you think tight LSA gets bad gas mileage, injector puts all the fuel at the valve before it opens. The back half of the air-charge has almost no fuel in it) Would prefer a 109 ICL but 107 works...If you don't run that cam at 11.5-12.0 by an AFR gauge, it wont make power. With 42lb injectors, your IDC should be 85+% at 6500+ if you have the right amount of fuel in it. Tune for plugs and power, an AFR gauge is just for reference. If it make best power at 11.4, then just know that is your target. Keep adding fuel till the power falls off across the board.

I have one that looks just like that, its not enough PTV clearance. Only one right way to check it that is with adjustable pushrods and checker springs and zero lash. If you run to much preload and they float they pump up and hit. ! If you have 60 thou preload you can pump up 60 x 1.7! 102 thou. Run as little preload as you can and as much spring as possible, the 921s arent enough spring. I run 50 thou ptv all the time on hydraulics on the intake but I run very low preload and a lot of spring. If you have 80 thou ptv u can only have 50 thou preload. Remember 1 full turn is more like 70 thou preload (if u measure it with checkers). Always use this rule and u will never have this issue again.
