Default Anyone try to contact DMH for warrentee work?

One of my elec cutouts that I bought in Feb quit working and Ive been calling the number on their site to see what I have to do to get it repaired or replaced. Ive been calling 937-444-0900. Ive called 3 times over the past week and each time it just rings and rings. Do I have the correct number? Oh also emailed them last wednesday and havent gotten a response.

I tried contacting them two years ago when my cutout developed a rattle. I emailed three times, called I don't know how many, and never heard anything back.

I called atleast 2 dozen times over the last two weeks. Either got a busy tone or it rang and got to leave a msg. Left a couple messages and still no response. Everyone on here raves about how good these dmh cutouts.are with great customer service and warrenty. Mine broke after 2 months and only used it a handful of times. Now i cant get ahold of anyone.

Daaaaaamn so have I!!! I've had an issue before about a month ago and Dave? He was awesome n took care of me, I had an issue again and I immediately shipped it Monday morning and it arrived on Tuesday and someone signed the package. Now they got my cutout and I have been trying to call since Monday with a memory full message! Now I'm worried because I'm tuning on Friday.

Good news ! I called first thing this morning, and i guess his name is Dave, answered my first call. He just says 'hello', not identifying his co. name, so i asked if this was 'D.M.H.'He says 'yes', and i explained that i need a warranty repair, and he tells me to just box them up, and send to him. I will be sending out today, and let you no how this turns out later.

This guy is a real a_ _ hole. If he is not dead ,or in jail, there no excuse for his lack of actions. I caught him off gaurd ONE time, and told him i needed warranty repair. He says "no problem, just box them up, send them to me , and i will take care of the problem". Well they were delivered to him, by UPS on 7-18-12. That was over four weeks ago. I waited two weeks for something to happen, then i started calling, and emailing and he has not answered once. I have called over 50 times, and emailed 8-10 times, with NO REPLY what so ever. I dont know what can be done, but it is really pissing me off. Any ideas anyone ??????????

I got lucky and he answered 3 weeks ago! He's had my cutout since July 9th!!!!
He said "sure thing sorry about that it's been hectic, I'll ship them out today" I said no problem and no worries. Waited a week nothing.

Got lucky last week sane thing said he'll shop them, sorry my mom? Wife? has been sick but she's ok now, I'll put it in the mail"! Well it's August 16th and nothing. Can a vendor see what the problem is? I have a borrowed cutout that has to go back and I can drive a 416 with 1 cutout open!

It's impossible to get a hold of him. I need my 4inch cutout repaired. I think they have a five year warranty because that's how long it takes to get a hold of him.
