Default so i was lookong through jegs and...

I was looking through jegs and i came upon weld on headers. As in you weld them to the heads.well currently i have a bolt stuck in the forst hole on the drivers side because i broke it off taking the old manofolds off well i can't get it out and i was wondering if i could have an exhaust shop weld that front section up????? Would that work?

No. I've never heard of weld on headers but I have hear of header kits that you make your own and weld them. Plus the headers would have to be made of aluminum since thats what your heads are made of. Your best bet is to get a bolt extractor kit and remove the bolt that way.

^^Agreed, never seen any that they intended for you to weld to the heads before! Typically they are kits where you have to assemble and weld the tubes/pipes together...but they still bolt to the heads.

how much of the broken bolt is sticking out of the heads? If there's enough I usually use a dremel to make to flat sides and use a wrench to slowly back the broken bolt out. If that fails I use a good set of flat jawed vise grips. If it's below the mating surface i'd recommend having it professionaly removed. Just my opinion.

If your good with A welder, I have taken many header bolts out by welding a nut to it, and turning it out.
