102 intake piping
Im trying to piece together the piping for a 102 throttle body which needs to be 4.25 I/D here is a pic of current setup im trying to duplicate with larger diameter.
I need thin wall aluminum piping with 4.25 I/D and 2 90 elbows with 4.25 I/D

All the people I deal with go from 4" to 4.5" OD on their aluminum tubing. It is possible to have one made up with carbon fiber. If you know how to make the mold the cost would not be that high all things considered.
There is 4.5" tubing with .125" all which would get you 4.25" ID. I don't know about the sharp radius bends you would require though unless there are some cast ones around for the radius you need.

Thanks. I had found the tubing Ur talking about but not the elbows. I may have to do some research on carbon fiber.
Here is a 4.5'' elbow I found. They told me the I/D was 4.5''
