Default Can I still use this intake?

I recently got a TA on trade and took the intake off to check out the OPSU and CPS leaks. Found the leak coming from the CPS but looks like someone really torqued the intake on after a bottom end swap at some point. Gaskets are flat and the intake looks a little fried here n there.

If I put new gaskets on will it seal?

Not much experience here so any advice is welcome.

It threw a code for cylinder 7 misfire before I tore it apart but may have had other codes deleted already since it had a diablo tuner come with it.

Thanks for looking.

Here are some pics.

Before I cleaned the crud off.

After cleaning. I haven't cleaned the intake ports on the heads yet. I was very careful not to get anything in the ports.

The bottom looks just like all other used LS1 intakes.

Thanks for the reply. I may just try it with the new gaskets and correct torque sequencing.

Gaskets should seal pretty legit. Looks clean enough soo the gaskets allow the intake to sit good Try new gaskets.

Looks like you need an oil catch can....swear lord look at all that carbon build up and oil making it way into those port intakes.

Can't imagine what those valves looks like.

Yes it is a mess Harsh. I already have most of the parts for a dual catch can system with the pcv valve in its original spot. Too bad most owners of these cars don't educate themselves and get these cars running healthy.
