Yes, he is straight legit as well. He hand ports a lot of his stuff and his work is art using aluminum. He did a C6Z up here in the metroplex that previously had WCCH stage 2 heads on it, and with the same cam, the car produced 30 additional wheel (592). He cost some $$$$ though. Of course Reher isn't cheap either. Then again, you are talking to shops that almost exclusively deal with NHRA and NASCAR teams.

There is more to it than a grinder or cnc machine.

Be very careful having someone hand port them some guys are just flat out hacks.

I have had two sets hand ported and the work to them was very minor. Had a set of cnc and they were not much faster than my light hand port heads.
