As the title states, im doing a LS3 swap into my 02 Camaro. I need a cable driven throttle body for the Ls3.

So im wondering what throttle body would you guys recommend? Ive seen BBK 92mm & 100mm throttle bodys. Just unsure which would be better or what would be good for this swap.

Any help here would be appreciated guys.

Nick Williams is always a popular choice. I went with a company called Alper Motorsports only because it costed me $150 and I havent had any issues with it yet! You'll also need to search for a new throttle cable bracket depending on if you stick with the LS3 intake or not....

I have a LQ9, LS3 top end set up on my 02 Z28. I'm running a Nick Williams 92mm throttle body on my car! Fit great on my L76 intake which is pretty close to the same as a LS3 intake.

Thanks for the info, I didn't even think about Nick Williams Throttle bodys. Ill look into the 92mm.

I bought the crate ls3 motor from Scoggin Dickey and the told me, they could get me everything I needed to run the Ls3 in my car. Idk what throttle body they would get me, so I just wanted to look around and see what I find and maybe just buy the part myself. They could probably get me the throttle cable bracket.
