5.3 intake advice I'm in need of some advice on an intake for a 5.3 Silverado. I hate the look of the truck intake, but I know that the standard LS style intakes produce less low end torque and I definitely don't want that. I want to gain torque not lose it. I have been looking into the FAST LSXrt intake. Has anybody used or know of someone that has used it? Is it worth the money? How bad will it affect my fuel economy? Being that my truck is my daily driver, fuel economy is a concern. And last but not least, what other mods will I need to go with the intake swap to make it worth it?
