Angry >>>HELP!<<Squeaking Noise coming from Belt Drive area

I have had a slight squeaking noise coming from the front belt drive area and cannot pin point it. It starts and runs fine, no over heating or charging issues all the major things I have ruled out unless im wrong.

-It sounds like it is possibly under the water pump
-I've replaced the belts
-I thought it may be a tensioners but they move fine etc. However they do seem to move easier in comparison to my buddies with same car.
(i have heard of taking it off and shaking it to see it rattles but not sure)

----->The roller pulley next to a/c compressor that does to do anything but serve as a belt guide has a little bit of play when wiggled around.
----->Can this be tighten or how do I replace/fix it?

So my question is what to you guys think any advice would help. I am a new to the LS1
