X-Pipe Options For 454cid LS3 Looking for some opinions on what x-pipe kit to go with for my build...it is a 1970 Chevelle with a 454cid LS3 N/A engine and a 4l80e.
The two options I am looking at are the 3.5" and 4" oval expanded x-pipe kits. I am running a set of ARH headers with 2" primaries and 3.5" collectors.
So what do y'all think?

Our LS3 has 1 7/8" primary into 3" collectors with 3" cats.
Originally we ran twin 2 1/2" with )( pipe and then changed to twin 3 1/2" with )( pipe that reduces to twin 3" past the diff.
The bigger system dynoed exactly the same as the smaller system.
How much power are you making?

I'd go with dual 3.5" exhaust. Dual 3.5" pipes flow enough cfm to support up to 935 flywheel hp. Dual 3" will support up to 679 flywheel hp. Dual 4" is just way overkill.
