Default Truck oil pan cooler inlet/outlet question

Hi,doing LQ4 6.0 build and have a question as to which port on bottom rear of pan can I use for turbo oil supply. In the truck it had manifold there with two pipes going forward to oil cooler. I have block off plate with two 1/8" pipe thread holes. I want to use supply for turbo oil feed and block other off. Which one is supply(front or rear)??? Thanks

The little block offs are just a way of connecting the two passages. I'm sure either one is the same.

Default Truck oil pan cooler inlet/outlet question

Ok but one port goes through oil filter, just wasn't sure and wanted to get it right. Don't wanna grenade turbo for lack of oil at startup.

can you just look at which line goes to the top of the cooler and say that one
is the line out and the line at the bottom of the cooler is line back to engine

looks like the front one goes to the oil filter and back one comes back into engine,
so I would say the front one to feed turbo

I hope you realize you cant block the flow on the bypass. All engine oil is supplied through that. You can simply drill and tap the bypass fitting that bolts on there.
