Why won't my car start!

Why won't my car start! Alright fellas, just finished wiring up my 6.0 swap in my 01 camaro, Went to start it, and nothing, the starter is getting 12v from the battery, but not the Starter accessory. Checked my relays, they checked out fine, ignition switch is fine because the dash lights light up, the chime goes off, and my radio turns on like its supposed to. Can anyone help me! Its a 6.0lfa out of a hybrid Tahoe. The pcm and harness never left the car.
