Default Aftermarket intakes for L92's??

Just wondering if any of you have heard if anyone is working on aftermarket intakes for the L92's? I figured FAST would already have one out. So much potential in these heads and no intake to let them breath. I have a ported L76, but would love to be able to put a FAST 90+mm on the new engine instead. Anyways, just seeing if anyone has heard of any companies workin on one.

Isn't there a single plane for it?

Yeh, in fact, my engine builder has one sitting at the shop. But I think a FAST intake would flow a little better considering you have to put a square elbow on the single plane. Plus you have to cut the cowl, and I don't really want to do that. Just doesn't look very clean to me.

I've been waiting 19 months now since the engine was first built. Going to have to wait a little longer.

Kinda off topic, but who designed your cam? I think I'm gonna have Rick@Synergy spec mine. He seems to have to heads figured out pretty well.

Richard at WCCH and I agreed on a cam that we both thought would work well with his CNC'd heads and for the car as I wanted it to be.

Looks like we were right.

I'm sure Synergy and give you a cam that makes more RWHP - on their dyno.

So, what ever became of the Weiand Street Warrior Manifold featured in GMHigh-Techs april 08 issue?

Designed with Starr Technologies of Australia.

No luck in my google searches for the manifold or Starr Technologies...

There amping it up big time over here in Oz. Full page magazine spreads for months now. Its Starr/Holley/FAST project. Will it be worth the wait??

We need another Aftermarket company to jump on board and take advantage of the big market.

There are lots of good results with a L92 carb intake with elbow. But that involves modifications. All upto you. Maybe get your intake and TB Ported?

i have a sheetmetal intake for my l92's badass intake, but if you want to go single plane then dont go with an elbow setup...go with a carb style throttl body and let the intake flow as it is supposed to.

Uhhhhh, No......not really. Testing has shown that the heads will quit long before the L76 intake will.

Then why did you switch to a sheetmetal to make 700 on the 427 motor you did?? Simply a question....
