Default Who's L92's on my 416"?

I know there are tons of threads asking the same thing, but my combo is more aggresive than most, so looking for some advice. Also hard to research with the search function not working!

My combo

416" built by Billy Briggs
Dragonslayer crank
Howards rods
Weisco pistons w/ comp. around 11.5:1
L92 heads w/ stock rockers
Hydrauilc roller
Portmatched L92 Victor w/ 4 bbl throttle body
Kooks 1 7/8"-2" headers
4L80 w/ Vigalante converter, 3800 stall
Stenod 9" w/ aluminum center and 4.30 gear
3250# raceweight

My goals are low 10's high 9's and still be streetable...aggressive but streetable! Right now I'm torn between Livernois and TEA ported L92's.

1) Which do you recommend and why?
2) Are the stock rockers gonna be alright to 7400 rpms?
3) Is my goal of high 9's achievable?

Thanks for the help guys!

I run the L92's from Richard at WCCH. The are a thing a beauty and Richards reputation for consistently putting out great heads makes him stand out. Give Richard a call. If you talk to him you'll find out he's not just about the biggest number on the flow bench but producing quality air flow throughout the entire range.

My $.02

1)Livernois or TEA, you can't go wrong.
2)With that much money in the build, why run risk with a stock rocker? Sure, it MAY live, or you can put a set of Comp, T&D's, etc... on, and that they WILL live.
3)Yes. Probaly won't get there the first time out, but with some work, you have teh makings of a 9 sec player

I would give Richard at WCCH a call. We use his heads and couldnt be happier with the results.

As far as the stock rockers go they may be allright at 7400rpm, you can call harland sharp and see if they will put new upgraded bearings in them.

I can definatly see low 10's not nines but then again thats out here, the tracks back east are usually alot faster.
