Default Blown 408 L92 heads Cam Selection

Ok guys, I'm at the point in my build where I'm needing to buy my camshaft. I've got a Procharger P1SC upgrading to a D1SC in the near future. I'm buying the 2" headers and sending my heads off to get ported this week. Heres the specs I'm running:

-29cc forged JE Pistons with a 4.030 bore
9.37:1 compression ratio (This can be lower)
4" forged crank
6.125 forged rods
L92 heads
L76 intake manifold (Will be port matched to my heads)
Holley 90mm TB
Morel Lifters
2" Stepped to 1 7/8" headers
P1SC running 7lbs boost (upgrading to a D1SC in near future)
Built T56 6 speed with all upgraded billet keys, carbon fiber syncros, Bronze fork pads, Steel 3-4 shift fork and a Cartek Racing clutch.

So heres my questions.

Who should I send my heads to so they can get ported? Everyone runs about $650 for a CNC port job, but have different programs. Was originally going to go with Texas Speed, but I'm open to opinions.

What do you think of the 2" stepped to 1 7/8" headers? I have 1 3/4" pacesetters right now from my old LS1 setup

And most importantly, what cam should I go with? Theres not a whole lot of options or even info as far as cam choices go with the L92 heads. Do I need to go with a custom spec'ed cam or are there proven blower cams with this setup?

This car is not an every day car. This car is a fun car, I like to take it out to the drags, however I want to go on the hot rod power tour. I like a mean loapy idle, but when I hit my brakes, I would like to stop.

You are going to have to mill the hell out of those heads to work with -29 cc pistons.
On a side note, I run a 238-242 .605-.610 115 lsa cam with my ported L92's on a turbo 370. Runs great with around 1000 rwhp and the car is in the 8's.
Oh and i run -4cc pistons and 75cc chambers to get around 9.5-1 for E85.

Anyone got some results for a motor with bigger cubes?

Any head porting info? Should I do a CNC port or look for an individual?

I had read about ECS having a stage II cam for 400+ci engines but couldnt find any dyno numbers, personal experiences or even cam numbers.

Which headers? 2" stepped to 1 7/8" or just 1 7/8" headers? Also I am doing true duals over the axle. I have 2.5" ran that way now, should I upgrade to 3"?
