Oil pump pressure question Gen IV 5.3
I had posted this in the Gen III section, but hopefully I can get a more definate answer here. I am ready to put my engine back together after a cam swap that included everything to disable the DOD/AFM (lifters, trays, LS2 Valley cover, etc). I need info regarding the oil pump and what I need to do for the pressure. Here is the link from the Gen III section. Any info will help. Thanks.

I have a 2007 LMG 5.3 out of a Tahoe. It has the AFM lifters, flex fuel injectors, etc. I am deleting the AFM and replacing the lifters during my cam swap. I read that this stock pump is too much volume for the stock lifters without the AFM. Not sure if I needed a different pump or not. Lots of opinions, so I am not sure on this one.
