Default Need some help !

We have a customers car that we put a whole synister product drive assembly on his car last year. When we first put it on we went thru all the proper torque specs etc yet the balancer/pulley "fell" off. Only thing we screwed up on was using a new stock crank bolt. There was no damage to it surprisingly so we got a ARP crank bolt and put it on. Finished the car, customer has driven it a bit, we have driven it to shows etc.

The customer brought it in around xmas to to a brake upgrade (hydroboost, lines etc) we finally got all the parts in, got it done and were doing some test drives with it and bam..........the balancer/pulley comes off of it again.

Has anyone else had an issue with this? I know there was a issue from GM that come Corvettes weren't torqued right from the factory but that is all I have found.

Could it be that Synister machines the pulley off the balancer to be able to put the billet one on?

We are running about 500 hp on the motor, is there a pinning kit that can be used while the motor is in the car? Could the fact that it wasn't pinned be the reason for it comming off again?

Got the car at the shop and it's his kids Grad next week and wants the car.

Help?

Thanks
