Question Need help building a 427 short block

This engine will be mostly NA but since I have a Direct Port Nitrous System I might as well use it. Here's what I am going to use for a top end.
-C5R Heads
-Beck's sheetmetal intake
-Accufabs 105mm TB
I would like to spin the engine high in order to get the full potential out of the heads. I would also like to have the lightest rotating assembly possible. This motor is going in a road racing car and I would like to keep the comp. 11:5:1. Which parts should I go with? Ti rods, billet crank, custom JE pistions.... I don't really want to go solid roller is it still possible to go with a hyd cam and lifters with Jesels rocker arms for the C5R heads? Oh and I would like to use a LS7 block. ROBIN if you could help me out with some info that would be great. Any info would be great guys thanks.

The shot of nitrous will just be there just in case. You know how they say " Its better to have it and not need it then to not have it and need it" A 200hp shot at the most.
