Default XFI vs LSL lobes

I am currently considering a cam based off of either of these lobes for my stock bottom LS2. I have AFR heads and .650 springs. 224/230 XFI or 227/227 LSL. What is the way to go for a 90% street 10% drag car? I am aware that either lobe should have the springs changed every 25K or less.

Comp makes a 223/231 .600ish lift cam with LSL lobes. Its about the same as the XFI cam but more aggressive. My brother bought the exact one for his Camaro, but hasent installed it yet.

According to Billy Godbold, the creator of both lobes at Comp, the LSL lobes give superior valvetrain stability over the XFI lobes and will make more power. They tested the LSL lobes for 10 months before releasing them. More development than any other lobe in their history.

True statement. But the OP was inquiring about just the two catalog lobes. Between the two, the LSL lobes tend to work better on the 55mm cam cores (Billy's words, not mine).

In a similar setup we just did a h/c AFR combo for a customer and ground a custom cam using the LSL lobes 231/235 113 +3 were the specs for a Firehawk with 411 gears.
