Default ARP Head Studs and Cometic Head Gaskets

I'm about to install a set of heads and cam on my LS2 Vette. I have 2 questions...

What is the recommended torque spec on the head stud? I'm running TFS heads milled to 62cc and a .040 Cometic head gasket?

My second question is do you think it would be a good idea to spray the head gasket with a Hi temp copper spray?

The torque spec for the 11mm studs is 70 ft.lbs. 8mm studs across the top go to 22 ft. lbs. Both specs w/ARP moly lube.

I like to spray a light dusting of cooper spray on both sides of the gasket. The key is a light dusting. When you torque the head all the tiny spray droplets will flaten out to make a uniform layer.
