Default Why arent TFS 245's popular??

Seems in alot of articles I read with big ci numbers most if not all are running the TFS 235 head and not the 245 setup. Why does it seem the TFS 245 is not a popular choice over the 235 especially in say a 440 or larger ci??

We see them used all the time on our 427+ cid builds
If you have the budget the All Pro LSW heads are popular as well.

Probably because the people who run them don't want everyone else to figure out why they run so well

They are very good heads.

MAinly you can get the 235s in a day or two whereas the 245 is a custom TEA head and takes 2 weeks or so and many shops and people are very impatient. The 235 is basically a stocking head and the 245 is one you need to order so they wait to see what you want and then make it. Also the 235 is a very capable head anyway but on a giant engine the 245 will make a lil more power generally.
