Default Droppin in my new ls2 stroker, any small details?

OK well Im putting an ls2 in my 02 trans am. My builder is gonna be takin care of assembling the long block. I pulled the engine from the bottom and I just want to know if there are any small details that i might miss out?

I figure installation is opposite of removal and i gotta make sure to bleed my clutch, brakes, fill my a/c, fill the oil and radiator, get an alignment.

I think i should be fine for all my wiring harness, and there are a few diagrams online.

What type of oil should i use? I know that it is gonna require non-synthetic for break in.

Now I am a bit worried as far as bolts are concerned. I got a few bolts here and there that I have no idea where they came from. I did try to label most everything but is there any good reference online or anywhere to figure this out?

One thing I was curious, will my stock motor mount be fine with this engine or are they gonna get destroyed?

I got stuff figured out as far as knock sensors, the crank and cam sensors, etc so I think im good to go.

Anything else?
