Default LS2 402 just isn't running right.

So has anyone experienced a LS2 402 car misfiring on ONLY number 4 and number 7 cylinders between 2000-2800 rpms? This has got to be the most rediculous problem I have ever had to date, Lifters were changed to rule those out, and everything from one side of the motor has been swapped with the other to see if the problem would chase something and as of now no success. Its either the trickflow heads or the wiring harness having a problem or maybe the computer, who knows! Also note leak down and compression were perfect.

I'd have somebody look at your tune, specifically your spark tables.

The timing is fine, a problem like that would be more global and affect all the cylinders most likely, not just two. Narrowed it down to a injector/coil driver, well see in a few days.

Just to update this thread, we swapped the computer out, and the problem has gone away, looks like our diagnosis on the coil driver was right.
