I have an iron block 408 with stock 243 heads right now

I'm wondering if L92 heads/LS3 heads were a direct swap....Also are the ls7 heads a direct swap.
I know the l92 and ls7 are square port, so I know I would have to get a new intake.

The L92/LS3 heads are a lil different than the LS7s...The heads will swap but piston to valve clearance will need to be checked..

L92's will swap. To optimize it you would prolly want to do a cam to match the new heads too.

Don't forget rockers. Rockers are different from teh 243's to teh L92's

I'm swapping L92/LS3 heads onto my LS2...Whenever I get it put back together...haha
