Default ARP Rod bolt specs

I've been searching this for the past two days and can't really find anything. I'm putting a motor together and was wondering the torque specs for ARP rod bolts for stock rods. I was told around 45lbs but was wanting to make 100% sure before I put it all together.

Also, remember those specs are with moly-lube and each bolt should be torqued to spec and 3 times. These instructions are normally included in the package with the bolts. Have you opened the package yet?

The rod bolts I got came in a small package with no notes or any kind of paper. I did use moly lube and torqued 3 times. Thanks

Do they need to be torqued 3 times if you are also using a stretch gauge? Or once they are stretched to spec that's it.

You dont have to rebalance the bottom end changing the rod bolts?

If you have the proper stretch specs and are able to achieve the proper stretch, torque is irrelevant.

Also, you do not need to re-balance your rotating assembly when changing rod bolts.
