Which of the following head studs yield more clamping force?

ARP 11 mm L19
ARP 1/2 inch = 12,7 mm head studs (Non-L19)
ARP 14,2 mm head studs (non-L19)

11mm L19 arp are plenty strong.

The 14.2 mm would be the strongest but the threads in the block would be your weak point
