Check out all the sponsors here, there's a bunch.

You talking a stock short block, or one with forged pistons and a different crank?

What are your goals for the engine? Are you going to use any power adder? What heads are you considering running? Let us know and we can customize a quote for your vehicle that makes and can handle the power of your project. The quote is free, and the short-block will be very competitive on pricing

Is your engine hurt? I'm building a 454 LSx for my personal car using a LS7 block that a piston died in. We can build 427,440,454+ LS7 engines no problem. Just let Matt know what your looking for!

I have had engines built by both TSP and HKE. While both engines perfomed well, I had some oil consumption issues with my TSP engine. To be fair, I did purchase it 5 or 6 years ago. It's on it's 3rd owner and still running.

I'm really happy with my current HKE LS7/TFS motor. If I ever need another motor I will go back to HKE again.

We offer 457 cid and 460 cid HKE precision racing engines in short block or long block form.

The 457 we can use your current LS7 block (unless it damaged and un-usable?)or we can go to a re-sleeved LS2. The 460 will support a 200 shot of n2o.

Default Ls7

I'm also on the market for a street/strip LS7 for a kit car build.

Would like to have a nice idle but get around 600rwhp on pump gas.

How much should I expect to pay for something like this from a good builder?

Thank you!

We stock 440cid & 427 cid LS7 short-blocks all the time. If you guys get some free time give my sales staff a call. We can get you a detailed quoted with part by part specs & pricing to make sure you get exactly what you want out of your short-block.

I'm working on a 454 LS7 for my car
