Default Head Bolts?

I am doing a head swap on an LQ4 and i was wondering about the bolts. I am going to torque them to the specs that the motor came out of seeing as how the block is iron with aluminum heads. My question is do you have to replace the bolts every time the heads are swapped or can i just reuse the old bolts?

I would also recommend ARP bolts as opposed to the factory torque to yield bolts. TTY bolts are one shot wonders, use them once and throw them away. The ARP's will cost you a bit more off the bat, but are well worth the investment. Also ARP's just get torqued down as opposed to the TTY bolts which you torque then you finish off turning each bolt a specific number of degree's. So the ARP's are easier on the install. I now run the ARP's after having wasted $50 or so dollars on the GM TTY's which were thrown out the first time I had my heads off.
