Default LS2 in CTS-V, change of roller rockers?

Read that the trunions of the OEM rocker arms are a weak link in the engine. In addition, the tips are not rollers. I was wondering if anyone has used the Ultra Gold 1.72 roller rockers in the LS2 without a cam change, and if so, was there a performance improvement? I'm not interested in digging into the engine at this point, just looking to optimize what I have, and the roller rockers seemed to be a possibility.

Crane 1.8 kit with a new set of "dual" springs to match would be awesome. Trust me, I know from experience.
