Can someone help me clarify my CR? I have a forged 404 ls2 that I had built. It has a 4.0 stroke with 4.010 bore. It has pistons with 2cc relief. Rods are 6.125 if that matters.
It currently has stock ls1 heads on it with stock ls1 heads and stock head gaskets i believe.
Is 11.5:1 the correct ratio? I was under the assumption that it was.
What would it be if i threw l92 heads on it?
I just want to get all the specs in one place for reference when I need it.
Any other stuff I should write down for reference that you guys could tell me?

what is the size of head gaskets you are going to be using? I believe stock ls1 heads are 66.67cc and the L92 are are 70cc so that would drop your compression ratio a bit. check out this compression ratio calculator: http://www.gtsparkplugs.com/CompRatioCalc.html the only thing missing would be the head gasket bore and thickness. I'd say your pretty close in your estimate of 11.5:1 just me plugging in some stock numbers i came up with 11.1:1
