408 Build: LS1 Windage Tray Problem
So i ran into a little problem. LQ9 408. The whole bottom end of my motor was put together with ARP hardware. anyways, im trying to use my stock windage tray and the nuts that came off my stock windage tray are too small for the main stud bolts. However after search and not finding anything about this, I am starting to think i was looking at the wrong nuts. somebody please set me strait so i can finish up this build!!! thanks

your arp hardware should have came with new nuts and you need to drill the holes out in your windage tray, you will also need to space you tray down to clear the rod due to the 4.000 stroke.

Like G Engines said, just enlarge the existing holes in the tray a bit to make it fit over the studs. Make sure you clean the tray well before reinstalling, as you do NOT want any metal shavings in there
