Default 1.7 to 1.8 rockers

How much more lift do u get when u go from 1.7 to 1.8 rocker arm?

To figure it out, use the known lift with 1.7 rockers and the new ratio. Suppose you have 0.575: lift with the stock ratio 1.7 rockers, then you divide by the 1.7 and multiply by the 1.8:

0.575"/1.7 = 0.3382" (this is the lobe lift)

New lift

0.3382" X 1.8 = 0.6088" with 1.8 rockers.

A simpler way is:

0.575" X 1.8/1.7 = 0.6088"
