Default Ls3 heads question

ok guys i will have my new ls3 heads monday, and am ordering the Lq4 engine, vic jr intake, and comp cam moday as well, couple of questions tho.....
1st am doing this build http://www.carcraft.com/techarticles...ads/index.html
in the build they used l92 heads, and switched to ls6 valve springs, will my ls3 spring be up to the task? i know they cam take alot more lift than the l92 ones.
next who makes the thinest head gasket? i want to get the compression up as much as possible(going to mill the heads as well)
last who's got the best price around on comp cams??
~ thanks

I think the LS3 springs are the 02 LS6 springs. (the yellow ones). Cometic makes the thinnest head gaskets. The LS3 springs are good for a mild cam. The pac 1518's are the best bee hive spring you can buy.
