Default My ls2 heads

In hindsight looks like buying new heads might be the better choice but I did some port work on my current 243 cathedral heads 2.05in 1.55ex I will switch to 1.60 if I keep these, 64cc 28"

Intake
100 63.6
200 132.5
300 197.6
350 223.4
400 246.1
450 264.6
500 279.9
550 289.1
600 289.1
650 288.6
700 276.4

Ext
100 52.3
200 109.9
300 148.1
350 163.5
400 175.3
450 184.5
500 192.8
550 198.6
600 205.8
650 210.4
700 216.9

Not sure these flowed like stock, anyone know?

The motor has a maggy sc on it so do you guys think I would be better off with a set of l92 or something else?

let me ask, would I really gain anything by putting in 1.6 ext valves? I need new ones anyway.

I dont think the stock seats will work for anything bigger than 1.57.

Here's some stock 243s that I just had flowed.

[QUOTE=JonCR96Z;12899067]I dont think the stock seats will work for anything bigger than 1.57.

But I can have them cut and just blend them in right?

Here's some stock 243s that I just had flowed.

thanks, I guess I did get some gains. but I am still considering new ones. Need to get some cam ideas has well.

You can have the stock seat cut to fit 1.57s. I don't believe that they are big enough to fit 1.6s.

you can get 1.60 in them. it is almost to the edge of the seat but it is do able. u might pick up a few more cfm if you open it up just a tad more at the top of the cathederal, where the injector sits.

well I have my whole motor apart (spun a crank bearing) so I am looking at a new cam. As stated earlier, I have to buy new exh valves, springs and retainers for my current 243 heads so while I am at this stage, should I just bolt on a set of L92 heads, I can pick up sets cheap.
