Default ls3 vs ls7 intake manifold

What is the difference of the two intakes if anything at all?

Bolt pattern is a huge difference with the two intakes.

Considerable difference in design.

LS7 has larger - maybe 50% more CSA at the "horn" end - completely rectangular runners (vs rounded runner tops on LS3) which are shorter along the centre line and see more plenum with the larger/earlier horn. They are also matched to the LS7 port location and shape. And the bolts are in different locations.

Its tough to improve on considering it is a regular production piece which easily supports ~540HP flywheel on an engine dyno with the nice mild stock cam.

You cant compare them, they wont bolt on the same engine. Even if they did the LS7 port is different than the LS3 port.

FAST makes a 102mm LS3 & LS7 style intake. I have the LS3 version myself.
