can anyone give me a guess of how much rwhp i should make with a 408, stock gears and m6??

If you dont already have the parts. I would go to the 408 results part II in the dyno section. Pm the guys with the engines in the power range that you want. Im sure they will send you the specs. At least thats what I would do. You can easily make that power with a 408. I dont have the know how to answer your question. Good luck

my buddy runs a 408 with ms4 and 2.5 243s and he made 475. your running better heads with more compression. so i would say about.....485-500rw

Sounds as if you have a good starting foundation to reach you HP goal. Take the advice of NODROK. Lots of great info and so forth. Good luck!
