LS3 lifters / pushrods?

LS3 lifters / pushrods? Gday,
I have a pretty much stock ls3 that i will be putting a new cam, pushrods, lifters, valve springs, timing chain etc in.
I am looking at an LSR comp cam (227/243, .614 .624 lift, 113lsa)
Looking at the comp cams catalogue, the pushrods i should use with this are 7.4" (comp # 7955-16) and I am looking at putting in the comp pro magnum lifters (comp # 875-16).
Question I have is, will these lifters be ok to work with the above pushrods and stock rockers?
Also i would love to hear about other peoples experience with the above cam in an LS3?
