Default Mill Trickflow heads?

I need help deciding on if I should mill the heads for an ls2 build. One person is telling me if I mill to 61cc from 65cc that the ptv will be ~.068 and I will need valve reliefs. Another shop is telling me ptv will be fine and they definietely recommend milling. Can anyone help me make a more informed choice? Would you mill the heads or possibly just run a thinner gasket? (I am going to be using either TFS as Cast 220, but most likely the 225's): Also, I had this cam specd when I was planning on initially using the stock heads so shouldnt there be more ptv with trickflow heads? Thanks for any help.

The safest bet would be to measure before you mill, and see where your at. then decide from there.. Atleast, thats what i would do.
