Default Falling off at 5900 help!!!!

Engine Specs:

434CI LS3 based stroker (sleeved 4.155bore x 4in stroke)
TEA Stage 2 l92 heads with hollow intake valves
.660 lift springs 170sear 450ish open pressure
stock ls3 intake
ported ls3 throttle body
1 7/8 long tube headers
ati super damper pulley stock size
11.7:1 compression
237/247 .614/.638 cam on a 114+3 specd by EPS

installed in a pontiac g8 with CAI, 6l80e trans with yank SS3200

here is the issue its only making 425whp at 5900 then falling over. not valve float just a slow steady curve downward. At a loss as to what can be causing it. We have injector and fuel pump left, we are maxing out the MAP sensor, it just wont make power. Any suggestions please.
