This camshaft was desgined for boost engines, but typical gains of approximately 60 rear wheel horsepower can be seen on stock LS3 cars without a supercharger! These power gains make this camshaft a great option for people wanting to do a camshaft now & add a supercharger later on down the road!

This cam is designed to fit in a factory LS3 without PTV issues. We are not releasing its specs at the moment.

We could do like a lot of other sponsors here do: 22x/23x .6xx"/.6xx" 1XX LSA

But that doesn't help and really just aggravates people more anyway, doesn't it?

Actually your response does not aggravate me, it does give me an idea on what to expect from the cam.

Any results from this cam in a centri blower car yet?

Why would anyone buy a cam without knowing the specs? I can understand that some people have no idea what they need as far as the specs go but I would think that a lot of people on this forum are enthusiasts and would like to know the specs before they purchase anything.

It's a good thing that places like COMP, Howards, and Crane etc are happy to advertise their cam specs or we would have no choice in what specs we use. I would not buy a cam with out specs that’s for sure, its a big job to install a cam only to find out it does not do or act as you thought it would and then have to change it over for another one. It’s a bit like a lucky dip really.

Valid points, but I'm going to have to side with Texas Speed on this one.
They did all the testing and created a great all around blower cam for the LS3 head based motors. Why should they share the spec's.

The only thing I could really see needing the spec's for is optimizing the tune.

And it's not like this is coming from an over night cam company. This is coming from a group that has been knee deep in the development of performance parts for the LS's since what 1997 or 98...

If I'm not mistaken they were one of the first companies to find out you didn't need a huge split between the intake and exhaust lobes to get great power out of the LS3 heads.

Worst case you only get around a 60rwhp gain n/a... damn what a shame.

Im glad to see TSP coming out with a Forced induction cam. Im using one of thier vvt cam now and I am very pleased with it. I will be going FI soon and I'm keeping the vvt. I will be calling TSP for my next cam. I did get a cam card with my first TSP cam by mistake, but I'd order a cam from them without one. They are a leader in R&D for the new LSX market and continue to deliver great products.

I'd like to hear an idle clip as well. I'm guessing it would sound fairly "stock". Most blower cams have a high LSA (coveniently we didn't get even the second number in that sequence...) which keeps them sounding stock.

I'd love a great blower cam that has a lopey idle...

England Green has a some that they claim make great power with a blower and sound lopey. Sorry if I wasn't supposed to mention them. Dont think they are a sponsor. Not trying to start ****.

I have the cam but out of respect for TSP i won't post the specs. It's going in the car this weekend i'll let you know how it sounds, won't be dynoing it till later on. May try a video with my phone and see if the sound quality is good enough.

You want a blower cam with a nasty idle? Google G-Force Motorsports Blowzilla cam. I would up load a video myself, but I'm posting from cellphone.

I've been looking for some specs and video's but not a lot of luck.
