Default Ls2 gto hp?? TSP PRC 215 heads and cam

So I bought some PRC ported 215 heads, V3 cam, ported oil pump, 44# injectors CAI, clutch and Kooks headers.
The rest of the engine is stock 6.0 LS2 and am wondering what kind of HP numbers I hopefully should be getting with that set up?

Has anyone run this similar set up? I'm getting ready next week to put all of this in the car. and then a tune.

I'd estimate between 440-460 RWHP Im at 433 minus the heads.

why not port the throttle body and intake while your at it, not much more.

Oh yea, forgot to mention that. I'm going to port the intake as well. I've heard different stories about porting the TB that in some cases doesn't idle correctly. Is that true? Something about taking that "lip" out of it messes with the idle.
Otherwise, I'll do that too.

Meh I say closer to 480 rwhp. I remember someone had a silmilar setup a few years ago and was trying to get to 500 but fell short. He needed more cubes.

Can't wait to get the dyno tune done on my rebuild I completed last friday. 220cc cnc'd 243's, v2 cam on 113 lsa, ls7 lifters, tsp 7.350 pushrods, arp rod bolts, arp head bolts, lunati dual gold springs. 06 gto.

Lots of work. Firing it up for the first time was soooo exciting. Doing it yourself is the way to go for sure.

Feels like the motor went through puberty and grew 3 more cylinders.

Good luck. I think the intake manifold is going to be the bottleneck on any ls2 build. I may also go ported or save for a fast... Tune is going down next week. If I can find a reasonable ported stocker before then, That would be sweet. Tunes and re-tunes add up

Well, I got quite a bit done yesterday with my friend. Kinda like doing it slowly and having a good time with some friends stopping by. Here are some pics to show you the progress

Fun stuff! My guess is 472/439. Let me know if I win the chicken dinner. And you're going like the way it feels when you plant to peddle to the floor.

I hope so, a couple of the guys here say that the cam I bought V3 will be a disappointment. I've read a lot on this cam and think that I will be happy with it.

i did the job for a friend the cam was small at 226 duration intake and the heads probably in the same ball park as yours as far as flow, don't remember exactly the torque, but it was in the 43s and the hp 461 a6 trans. It runs great..

Why not go with the prc 227 over the 215 on a ls2?
