Default prc 2.5 ls6 heads with tsunami cam?

Looking for h/c combo. Car is stock except full exhaust from headers back and built up trans and clutch. Has anyone used the tsunami with 2.5 ls6 heads? From what I've seen on youtube the combo sounds amazing. I have a 2002 ws6 m6. Going to be mainly street. Emailed Texas speed but with my crazy schedule I never seem to have a free minute to call. So any input would be appreciated.

They suggested the same heads with the 228r.

Just curious as to how they compare.

The Tsunami is much more aggressive camshaft than the 228R. If this is the direction your wanting to go the 2.5 LS6 cylinder heads are still a great choice to compliment it!

I still want it to be streetable. It's not a DD though. What kind of numbers could I expect for each and what's the powerband for each?

Dont you have to flycut the pistons for it to fit? Call Texas speed. That way they know you are serious about doing the swap and know you are not wasting anyone's time.

I always mean to but between work and school it's hard to find time...I will make some time tomorrow. Still wanted opinions from people with the setup on how they like it.

We can set up the PRC 2.5 LS6s to clear the Tsunami camshaft without issue.
