Default Can DOD valley gasket be used on LS3 cover?

I haven't looked too closely but couldn't one use the gasket on the DOD/AFM cover and used with the LS3 cover?

Just seeing if anyone had done this and had a yes or no to it. Would save me $40 on gaske and whatever for o-rings.

Just use the new one.

If you don't have the engine together drill and tap the towers and get rid of the o-rings

^^^ that's what I did, but mine were already taped and all I did were use the screw plugs to seal them with a Lil locktite.
