Default Motorsports Unlimited branded lifters- Morel?

I ordered some Morel 5850 tiebar lifters and I have received ones labeled Motorsports Unlimited on the tiebar. They are in a clear plastic box labeled Morel Motorsports and the number MP 5850 in on a label on the side of the clear plastic box. Are they really Morel?

Yes. Just depends on who you get them from. Some say PBM too. There are only 2-3 real dealers for Morel products. Most places you see them for sale are arent actually dealers for Morel they buy them from those 2-3 dealers and resell them. Reason being Morel has a pretty large minimum order amount and dont want to deal with joe blow.

That about summs it up in a nut shell, there's basically 2 primary dealers (ie John Callies) who aren't camshaft companies, then rest are PBM/Erson, Lunati, GS products etc., Howards (?) and Comp Cams sells a couple part numbers but not the whole line. Basically they sell though camshaft companies who re-label the morel lifters as the camshaft brand and can back up the customer support.

Thanks for all your help. I wasnt familiar with the labelling of the lifters and ended up having a great chat with motorsports unlimited and John Callies himself. They were both very helpful and thanks again for your input.
