Look what my builder showed me today......RHS 468ci Nice looking block, but jeez are they expensive. I just learned how thin cylinder walls are.....its a 4.185" bore. Wanna laugh.....I always thought cylinders were thicker.....by looking at the top flange at the deck.....hahahaha I thought they were that thick all the way down the sleeve....lol
Man, its thin like 3-4 pieces of paper thin........damn......that was an eye opener.....
This is for a road race car. He showed us a C5 road race engine he built where the guy dropped it into a low gear by accident and the crank welded itself to the double pinned hub on the snout. Also tossed some parts through the block.......the money these guys spend to have fun.....

Fucked up thing is........my builder said that that RHS 468ci will probably be back in his shop after 2-3 races for a rebuild. He was telling me that road racing is the hardest thing you can do to an engine. He's got C5R builds going on all the time and other nice *** engine builds...........but these road race guys destroy them.....hahahaha
